Rebel Nell is a jewelry company with a purpose, that employs disadvantaged women in Detroit to help them transition from a life of dependence into one of self-reliance and self-empowerment. As Co-Founder, Amy’s background in law and business has significantly contributed to the success of Rebel Nell in its early stages.

Living next to one of the city’s most well-known shelters gave Amy the unique opportunity to build relationships with many of the residents. The inspirational stories many of the women shared of overcoming emotional, physical and financial abuse were the catalyst for creating Rebel Nell.Amy was adamant about providing women in the shelters with an opportunity to lead an independent life.She believed that employment paired with financial literacy, business education, and a focus on life wellness would help them regain the confidence they need to lead them on the path to success.

Prior to taking over as CEO of Rebel Nell, she served as Vice President of Special Projects and General Counsel for the Ross Initiative in Sports for Equality (RISE).RISE and as the Associate Counsel for the Detroit Tigers.She achieved her Bachelor of Arts in History from Kenyon College, her Juris Doctorate from New England School of Law, and her Masters of Business Administration from Suffolk University.

Amy has been recognized for the impact she has had in the city of Detroit in Dbusiness Thirty in Their 30s Detroit’s Premier Business Journal, Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year: 2016 Michigan and Northwest Ohio

Bill Hanvey

President & CEO
Auto Care Association
Bill Hanvey, MAAP is president and CEO of the Auto Care Association, which represents the entire $405B independent automotive aftermarket supply chain. Before becoming president and CEO on Dec. 1, 2015, Hanvey served as senior vice president of the Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association (AASA) since 2012. At AASA, he managed their headquarters operations while advocating for North American parts manufacturers to the auto care industry,federal and state government agencies, and the business community. 

Hanvey has spent his entire 35+ year career in the aftermarket. After earning his bachelor’s in mass communications and PR at St. Bonaventure University, Hanvey began his career with extensive field sales experience and increasing management roles at Tenneco Automotive. Hanvey then became marketing director, FleetPride, where he developed and executed a strategic marketing plan integrating 37 separately‐owned companies into what is now the largest independent heavy duty parts distributor. Hanvey went on to become VP, marketing, Dorman Products, Inc., leading creative and data services, trade marketing and product communications, doubling sales of “OE dealer exclusive” parts, automotive hardware and brake parts sold under the Dorman brand. Hanvey then became VP, sales and marketing, Schaeffler Group USA, leading the North American aftermarket team while developing and implementing a new company strategic direction, transitioning its sales and product focus from co‐man to direct sales. 

Hanvey served as chairman of the Auto Care Association Marketing and Communications Committee from 2009‐2012, and has participated in the “Be Car Care Aware” consumer education campaign. As staff liaison for the Brake Manufacturers Council, Hanvey worked with the Auto Care Association on the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) that seeks to reduce the content of copper in brake pads, and also coordinated with the association on the operation of the Automotive Specialty Products Alliance (ASPA).   

Hanvey was awarded the Northwood University Educator of the Year Award in 2014, and served as keynote speaker at the 2012 and 2015 Alliance Annual Group meetings and the 2010 and 2014 Babcox Executive Forums. Hanvey served on the board of directors of the Automotive Communications Council in 2008, and participated in the Right Management Executive Training Program in 2011.

Donna Wagner is currently Chair of the Aftermarket Management Program and Professor at Northwood University. She teaches courses specific to the automotive and heavy duty parts and accessories market. Courses include product marketing, global issues, sales, supply chain and business planning. This bachelor degree program in Aftermarket Management is the only one of its kind in the US. Students learn the all about the aftermarket at Northwood, that is known for specialty programs like the Aftermarket Degree and the Automotive Dealership Programs.

JaNette M. Barnett is an accomplished sales and marketing executive who currently serves as Vice President of National Accounts at the Sherwin-Williams Company in Cleveland, Ohio, where she strategically manages a $400MM business portfolio of more than a dozen national and regional retail accounts, through the sale of paints, coatings and accessories in well-known brands like Dutch Boy paint, Minwax stain, Thompson’s Water Seal, Krylon and Dupli-Color spray paint, and more.

Prior to joining Sherwin-Williams, JaNette has had more than three decades of sales, marketing, and operations experience in the consumer product goods industry. Over the course of her career, she has successfully partnered with nearly all national and regional retailers, across a variety of product lines and categories.

JaNette is a proud alumni of the Cleveland Metropolitan School District and Cleveland State University, and now lives in Shaker Heights, Ohio with her spouse, and their two sons.

Productions, in 2013.

Judi is a past president of Meeting Professionals International, Chicago Area Chapter, and was named one of the 40 under 40 in the meetings industry by Connect magazine in 2015. Kirsten Zaremba is a transformational marketing leader who loves nothing more than an enigmatic problem to solve. As someone easily frustrated by repetitive tasks and stagnation, she found her calling in marketing—where constant change is truly the only constant. She began her professional career as a bilingual phone agent for Monroe Shocks, servicing the United States and Canada. Throughout her 20-plus years in the automotive industry, including Tenneco Automotive and Federal-Mogul, she is happiest when creating strategies that deliver short and long-term results. Having led a wide-ranging portfolio of initiatives, including revolutionizing and revamping digital programs at Volkswagen Group of America, Kirsten now applies her passions to promoting the Auto Care Association’s efforts to support and grow the auto care industry. In addition, she leads the Your Car. Your Data.Your Choice. consumer education campaign, which aims to secure the freedom of choice for where and how vehicle owners and lesees have their vehicles maintained and serviced in the future.

Outside the office, Kirsten is devoted to her rescued ex-racing (now coach potato) Greyhound, a nascent abstract painter, a voracious Audible book listener and a dabbler in other languages—she’s conversational in French and a perpetual beginner in German.

Todd Campau is Associate Director of Aftermarket Products for North America at IHS Markit. He has over 16 years of experience in the Aftermarket Industry. In his role at IHS Markit he is responsible for the management of the data and software products that are sold into the North American Aftermarket. Prior to IHS Todd spent three years as a Catalog Manager at Gates Corporation and over seven years in Data Management at MAHLE Clevite Inc..

Todd served for 6 years on the Auto Care Technology Standards Committee, serving as ACES Subcommittee Chairman and on the Standards Oversight Committee for many of those years. He has been involved for several years in shaping both the Aftermarket Catalog Enhanced Standard (ACES) and the Product Information Exchange Standard (PIES). Todd received his AAP (Automotive Aftermarket Professional) Designation in 2012, his ACP (Aftermarket Catalog Professional) Designation in 2013, and his MAAP (Master Automotive Aftermarket Professional) in April of 2014. Todd was recognized with the AAIA Impact Award in 2013 at AAPEX.

Todd holds Master of Science degree in Sports Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, both from Eastern Michigan University.
